ProTurnover Services LLC provides STR turnover cleaning in Lee County, FL. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment is arranged through our secure payment process. Prices may be updated without prior notice.
Service window
All cleanings are performed 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The property must be vacated by 11:00 AM. Late access may incur additional fees.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before service. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and not guaranteed.
Property access
You are responsible for accurate access instructions. We are not responsible for delays due to missing or incorrect access information.
Photo documentation
Every cleaning includes a minimum of 12 verification photos retained for quality assurance.
Damage reporting
Any damage discovered will be documented with photos and reported immediately.
Limitation of liability
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
